Marco Placencia, SIOR, CCIM, is Managing Broker of Equitas Realty Advisors, LLC, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based commercial real estate firm. Marco focuses on corporate clients requiring local real estate expertise. Marco often assists national brokers with industrial, land and office real estate needs in northeastern Oklahoma. Frequently, Marco is hired by licensed real estate brokers to handle their personally owned properties. Prior to forming Equitas Realty Advisors, Marco’s twenty+ years of brokerage experience includes nine years as a Broker Associate with Bauer & Associates, and seven years with Trammell Crow Company as Vice President of Brokerage Services. Marco holds designations from CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®). He specializes in industrial, land and office properties, with expertise in both Tenant/Buyer and Landlord/Seller representation.
