Marco is a great professional, efficient and very responsive. He knows very well the DC area estate market. He has a lot of energy and in much less the time that I was expecting he has been able to help me with my property, while addressing all my concerns. He also has a team of contractors that were of great assistance when I had to solve some problems of maintenance and improve the property.
If you are looking for a real estate agent, I highly recommend Marco! He is the best!

We and our whole family have known Marco for over a decade and trust him with all our real estate transactions. In 2016, we decided to move from a condominium to a single family home in Washington, DC. Marco made our dream come true by both getting our target price in selling the condo and in buying the house. Some people value other people's happiness and satisfaction above all else. I think Marco definitely put ours above his during these transactions and we really appreciate all that he went through to make the deal happen so much so that he's still checking on us to this day and helping solve home ownership challenges as they come 6 years and counting.

Marco was highly recommended by a friend of mine. He assisted us in the purchase of a property in AU Park in 2014, and was extremely helpful, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. When we moved, he secured great tenants and, in the summer of 2022, he was also instrumental in the sale of the same property. In addition to demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and knowledge on real estate matters, Marco, together with his great team of contractors, was also of great assistance when it came to remodeling the property, solving all sorts of maintenance problems during the tenancy, and eventually preparing the property for sale. He is direct, opinionated and focused but at the same time very easy to work with and always there when you need him! He is definitely a problem solver! Starting with his military background, he is definitely not your standard agent, but someone authentic, who is passionate about real estate and cares deeply about helping you meet your needs and goals.
