Marcus Cunningham

Marcus was born and raised Ardmore and has lived in Oklahoma his entire life. At 18 he moved to Norman to attend Oklahoma University, studying Entrepreneurship/Venture Management at the Michael F Price School of Business. He lived in Norman for 10 years working in Auto Finance until starting a Real Estate Career in 2011. In 2016 he moved back to Ardmore with his wife Leah and newborn daughter Chloe.

Marcus brings a unique approach to Real Estate, focusing on efficiency, innovation, and education. A key part of his business model is learning market trends, processes, and consumer behavior, and developing methods that generate successful transactions. The end result to the consumer is an easier process, time savings, and the most reliable information available. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in everything from first-time home buyers, to mortgages, new construction, luxury homes, and investment properties, Marcus has a way to make the best of any transaction.
