Marcus recently sold our beachfront condominium, which had been in our family for decades. He was a delight from start to finish, juggling the questions and concerns of two mainland couples with different schedules. Always responsive, Marcus is knowledgable, communicative and detail-oriented. When our first buyer backed-out, he remained steadfast and optimistic. Sure enough, we had another offer within days. Marcus also has a refreshing can-do attitude. Rather than have us wait for (and pay for) a few simple handyman tasks in our unit, he stepped up and did them himself. Impressive! We had an excellent experience with Marcus and recommend him wholeheartedly.

If I had to put Marcus into one word it would be "attentive." We had such a pleasure working with him. We met him by walking into his office and he immediately gave us his full attention asking what we had in mind and gave us options within an hour of meeting. While on vacation we toured many condos l, and along the way Marcus gave us his full attention. He made us feel like we were his only clients. Through the process he was very knowledgeable and there for our every call. If he didn't know the answer, he worked magic to get the answer. We returned home to the mainland and opened escrow the next day. Back at home we did not worry about the in person things to do while in escrow. Marcus was there at every step and even went out of his way to be there in person for inspections as we were no longer on island. He had tons of recommendations for brokers, insurance, contractors. You name it he's got it. At the end of the close we felt like we made a friend. Marcus is an honest hard working guy! We appreciate him supporting us and adding a piece of heaven to our family.

Marcus proved to be professional, hard-working, resourceful, and above all the model of what a good realtor should be. He represented us in the purchase of a home on Maui with a challenging two week schedule and multiple properties to consider. Marcus was always available when needed and helped us all the way through close and even after.

Over the last 5 years I've worked with Marcus on 4 separate transactions in Maui. If ever there is a problem or rough spot, Marcus is always quick with a solution. I've worked with over a dozen Realtors in multiple states, hands down Marcus is the best I've dealt with. He ends every conversation with "What else can I do / get for you?" He is tenacious and never stops working for his clients. It doesn't matter if you have 2 questions or 200, Marcus will get you the answers you need.
