About Marcy

Born and raised in Indiana, Marcy moved to Florida more than 20 years ago spending several years in Naples before calling the Sarasota area home in 2005. A people-pleaser at heart, Marcy looks at real estate as an opportunity to help both buyers and sellers achieve their desires.

Spending eight years living and working on Casey Key, Marcy oversaw home construction, remodeling projects, and worked on the development of lots making them “construction ready.” The experience she gained dealing with permitting, construction, coastal setbacks, and navigational waterways is invaluable for customers who are seeking coastal properties. Marcy also has experience with the development, marketing, and packaging of large commercial properties to sell to developers.

A dedicated professional; Marcy is constantly seeking ways to enhance her knowledge of the real estate industry so she can be more beneficial to her customers. For the last 20 years, Marcy has staged both her personal and investment properties to maximize profits and shorten days on the market. Her experience and certification through the Association of Staging Professionals will benefit her customers when they are selling their home.
Real estate runs in her family, as Marcy’s two grown sons, both real estate brokers, own a real estate company and custom home building business in Indiana. When Marcy is not busy with real estate, she enjoys visiting her eight grandchildren in Indiana, dinner with friends and her church community. Making a conscious effort to simplify her life and focus on the important things, you can find Marcy spending time with family, hiking, cycling, cooking, and enjoying the Florida sun.
