Marcy assisted my husband and I with the sale of our house back in August 2022. We had interviewed multiple realtors and we chose Marcy because we could tell instantly that she cares about her clients and knows that selling a home can be scary and overwhelming. She was always prepared, gave us ample instructions every step of the way, and always communicated quickly and kept us in the loop during the entire selling process. When the initial sale of our home didn't go as planned, Marcy was right there with us, encouraging us, and keeping our heads up. We truly appreciate the time and energy that Marcy spent on selling our home, keeping the process simple and smooth. My husband and I both highly recommend Marcy for buying and selling. My husband and I have worked with Marcy for years!! She has sold two homes and helped us buy two homes! Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine love for real estate is like no other!!! Marcy will always be our go to agent. We recommend her to anyone looking in Md and PA.
Specifically with the purchase of our most recent home she was able to work with us while we were working and living in California and buying a home in PA. She FaceTimed with us to virtually view multiple homes and with all her knowledge and flexibility it made the process so easy.

My experience with Marcy was absolutely phenomenal! Throughout the entire process of selling my home she was very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and best of all, reassuring during a very unsure and stressful time in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Under the direction of Marcy, we listed our house as a virtual tour when our state would not allow in person home tours and after the first showing a few days later we received an offer.
