Marcy Smith was one of the nicest agents I have ever worked with. She went way beyond to assist me on this transaction. She kept me updated and stayed focused on making sure this transaction made it to the closing. I would never hesitate to work with her again. She helped make the transaction as smooth as possible. We had a few hurdles to over come where most agents would lose their composure but she stayed focused and we worked out the issues like professionals.

Very Professional and Knowledgeable. Pictures of the house to sell are phenomenal with digitally decorating whole house so buyer has idea what they are looking for. Explained how the selling of a house detail by detail. She listed my house for sell and was sold within 2 weeks. She also recommended me a real estate lawyer and title company that saved me lot of money at closing. The closing was very smooth and I definitely would recommend her.

Marcy Smith is a wonderful agent and person. In 43 days, we went from listing to closing. She did a terrific job staging and marketing our home. We live out of state with no relatives to help us sell the home. Marcy knew we would be high maintenance clients. She moved furniture, repaired walls, painted, shoveled snow, and picked up our mail. She was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home.
