Since the launch of her residential real estate career in the early nineties, Marcy Weinstein has become one of the area’s most dominant forces, selling more properties in the custom neighborhoods of Newport Coast than any other real estate professional. Her time-honed negotiation skills ensure lucrative deals for her clients, while her creativity and vision conceive the emergence of many new options.
Having studied design at FIDM, Weinstein carved her niche in the garment business before establishing herself as a Realtor®. She subsequently worked on large office projects, for which she planned, furnished, and designed luxury offices. Because of her artistic background, she has a special edge in the ability to see homes through the eyes of her clients. Marcy Weinstein has a unique perspective when it comes to facilitating real estate transactions. Participating in a variety of community activity, Weinstein served on the Pelican Hill Board, as well as the Architectural Control Committee. She is a former President of the Newport Coast Master Association. Additionally, she has helped many developers with their purchases and designs.
