Mardell Gully

As a seasoned real estate veteran, Realtor/Broker Associate Mardell Gully earned her real estate license in 2003 and worked at a high-end boutique real estate firm, Stroyke Properties, in Manhattan Beach until 2013. That year, she and her family moved to Orange County and shortly thereafter she began working at Bennion Deville Homes in Laguna Niguel. In the summer of 2020, Mardell joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties and conducts real estate out of the Monarch Beach office. With a strong commitment to meeting her goals, Mardell approaches each client with a personalized touch and focus, giving them her full attention and building a strong bond of trust. Mardell's combined real estate experience and knowledge of the business allows her to ensure a smooth transaction process. Her leadership, sharp attention to details and deep knowledge of the contracts and procedures ensures each deal closes successfully and on time, every time. To go with her professional success, Mardell is also a winner personally. She set the record for most awarded prize money on Teen Week of Wheel of Fortune, and also won big in an episode of The Price Is Right. Currently a year-round competitive beach volleyball player, Mardell was a team captain and NCAA Division 1 All-American volleyball candidate for Loyola Marymount University (LMU) in college, where her uniform is retired alongside LMU basketball legends Hank Gathers and Bo Kimble. After her senior season, she played professional volleyball in Germany and was inducted into the LMU Athletics Hall of Fame. She now lives happily ever after in Laguna Niguel with her husband and two daughters.
