Margaret Barnes

In today’s fast paced real estate market an agent’s rapid response, experience and knowledge is critical to a client’s success in buying or selling a property. Margaret brings these personal characteristics to every client relationship. With 18 years of client focused real estate experience, she has completed hundreds of successful transactions.

As a former social worker, Margaret understands the importance of listening closely to every client in assessing their needs. As a property investor, she understands that the buying or selling of a home has a critical financial aspect that must be taken into consideration. Having lived in Central Florida for most of her life she has an intimate knowledge of Orlando’s neighborhoods and their unique characteristics.

On the personal side Margaret is a graduate of Winter Park High School and UCF. She is community spirited and has held a number of volunteer positions. Margaret currently lives in College Park with her husband Joe.
