As a first time home buyer I read up on everything and did my homework but knowledge and practice are two seperate things. Margaret helped me find the small make or break areas in homes that an inexperienced person such as myself wouldn't so easily recognize. She was extremely responsive and patient with my rather focused tastes. She didn't recommend homes she didn't see me living in and as someone who works anywhere from 9-11 hours a day, she was very flexible with booking showing times and meeting me at weird or late hours. Overall she is a great realtor and extremely professional. Her contracts and responses were always on point and I never once felt out of the loop in the process.
