Margaret Watson

Margaret has lived in the Bradenton/Sarasota area since 2000 and has been working as a Realtor with Wagner Realty in Manatee and Sarasota counties since 2005. She obtained her real estate Broker license in 2007 and operates in the capacity of a Broker -Associate with a focus on residential and commercial properties.
Margaret’s experience also includes relocations, short sales, foreclosures, and 1031 exchanges. She operates her real estate business with the utmost sense of integrity and concern for her clients' needs and wants. She prides herself on excellent communication, being highly accessible, and working tenaciously to bridge expectations between buyers and sellers. She believes in investing in customers and transforming transactions into relationships.
Margaret graduated from Florida State University with a Master's Degree in Audiology. Prior to beginning her real estate career, she was very successful as an audiologist, achieving success by understanding the importance of being sensitive to clients' individual needs and working with them toward achieving their goals.
Margaret believes in giving back to the community and supports the Red Cross as a dispatcher on Friday evenings. She also supports the local food banks.
