I was referred to Margie by a good friend and financial advisor, so I knew I was in good hands. Rather than treat me as if all her clients were the same, Margie got to know me. She understood what I was looking to experience during the sales process (a focused time for showings and Open House) and what I hoped to achieve financially in the end. Margie is very experienced and smart. She knows the market. She understands what buyers are currently looking to find. Margie and her entire team were very responsive to my questions and needs. They often were the ones initiating what action I needed to be considering next in the sales process. Most importantly for me, Margie is extremely trustworthy and kind. She made what is often an agonizing process almost pleasant and definitely satisfying.
