I have used Margie for five real estate transactions. She has both listed mine and found properties for me to purchase.
On my last listing she was able to get me an all cash offer well over my asking price. She has been able to work with the other agents, title companies and inspection services etc. to resolve any issues that came up and complete the transaction.
Margie is completely professional but yet makes you feel that the home you are either selling or purchasing is as important to her as it is to yourself.

Margie has been our family's Realtor of choice for the purchase of two homes and the sale of another. She has abundant real estate knowledge and many years of experience. Real Estate business has been in my family for over 55 years. When I decided to sell my home in Aptos, the family business had changed hands, and I chose Margie from the many agents I knew over many years. Margie was at-tentative, professional, and was always happy to help in MY needs. I am a hard person to please, and a stickler for details, and I also know what a good agent is "supposed" to do. I cannot speak highly enough about Margie and her ability to handle your needs. When I win the lottery and ready to buy that house on the beach, Margie will again be my agent.

Years ago when my mother passed away I needed to sell her mobile home. I asked people I knew in real estate and they told me to find a realtor with experience with mobile home sales and directed us to Margie. It was a difficult time for me and Margie was so helpful and guided me through each step. Since then we have sold our home and purchased another and Margie represented us both times. When my father passed away there was no question who to call--Margie!
