They helped navigate me through the entire process of selling my home and answered any questions I had along the way. They had a great game plan that resulted in multiple offers, all of which were over asking price. Margo sold my mother's house in Mobile for me. I live in Greenville, SC. She handled everything, and there was a lot to be done. She arranged an estate sale for all of the stuff left in the house. She kept in constant communication with the court appointed attorney who served as the executor of the estate. She located and scheduled the proper companies to perform the needed repairs, and the cleaning crew, in order to make the house ready to be put on the market. Then she tirelessly promoted the house to prospective buyers, all while keeping me informed of the ever changing market conditions.

Margo was absolutely irreplaceable. I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell a house, call her. She will make the process much easier.

Margo is a great realtor! She was extremely helpful when I was buying and selling some property. She helped me find the correct resources with the county of Mobile to prepare the property for a homesite. She’s extremely professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home or land in the Mobile area. If I could give her more than a five star review I would!

Margo is great at what she does! We have used her for three (almost four) real estate transactions and have been pleased each time with her service and expertise! She has gone above and beyond to help us in every way possible, the most recent transaction she helped us with was selling our house for a move out of state and she even helped us take some of our furniture to the consignment shop once we were all packed. She also helped us find an agent in our new state of residence! She’s not only a skilled realtor but has become a great friend! My husband and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Mobile area or to anyone moving into the area from out of state as she has been in the area for several years and has great recommendations for newcomers!

Margo was my realtor for an out of state move. She was great in her communication with me and constantly kept me up to date. I had lots of questions along the way and she always answered me and cleared up any questions I had. She also went out of her way to help me with a getting appointments scheduled and set up, to help me out since I was out of state. She was a great help throughout the whole process.

I’d absolutely recommend her as your realtor. It was a smooth and easy process with her.

I am just so so so thankful for Margo! She is the best realtor I could have ever asked for! She helped me pick out my first house and always had my back. She helped me gain confidence when going through my options and “setting boundaries” with what I would and wouldn’t do (offers, compromises on house details, etc). Her patience is unmatched and she actually gets to know her clients! She listens and remembers… and even knew when I wouldn’t like a house when my parents were dead set in thinking I’d love it (in case you were wondering she was definitely right in this situation xD). I’m obviously a Margo fan and couldn’t recommend her enough!
