From the start, Marjory understood we had a very clear picture as to what kind of home we wanted to buy and was just as serious if not more than we were to help us attain that goal. I’d like to add that we looked at one house and this is the house we had already done our research on so Marjory did not push for us to look for alternative homes, she understood we needed to be aggressive where possible to be contenders in the purchase of this sought after home.
