Margriet brings a wealth of expertise in marketing high-end and luxury brands to her new career in real estate. With years of experience in developing and executing sophisticated marketing strategies for premium global brands in luxury hospitality, yachting, automotive and others, Margriet has a keen eye for detail, an exceptional understanding of client needs, and a passion for delivering personalized, top-tier service.

As a member of the Sandra K. Libby Group, her recent transition into real estate allows Margriet to leverage her deep knowledge of branding and marketing to offer a unique advantage to buyers and sellers alike.

Margriet has resided in the heart of Eastport for over 25 years. Throughout her career, she has been elected to and served on many boards – including Sail America, Marine Marketers of America, AAF Baltimore, Box of Rain Foundation, and Young Friends of Historic Annapolis. She is a TWIN Award recipient where honorees are selected for their outstanding achievements and leadership excellence within their organizations and their community. Margriet is routinely recognized for marketing and creative excellence.

She also spearheaded the very successful “Save Maryland’s Mortgage Interest Deduction – My Home Matters” advocacy campaign for the Maryland REALTORS® while serving in a leadership role at the Weitzman Agency.
