Our experience with Maria listing and selling our house was stellar! She was easily available, and super quick in answering our questions, and guided us through the process seamlessly and professionally, giving us frequent updates as to what was happening at any given time. Having listed our home right as the tide was turning on home prices gave us a bit of the jitters but Maria's outstanding knowledge of the current buy/sell atmosphere was a calming influence in what could have been an anxious ride. She found a buyer for our home and the sale closed in a very timely manner, despite our living in another state at the time of the sale. The lady knows her stuff!! We highly recommend her.

From our initial meeting over the phone, I knew I was in good hands with Maria. Not only is she easy to talk with, personable, and friendly, she has a wealth of knowledge in the industry. As a first time home buyer she took the time to educate me on various steps throughout the process that I wasnt familiar with and I always felt that she was looking out for my best interest. I took my time finding a house, but never felt rushed or pressured. And when it came time to making an offer Maria made it appealing to the sellers while still negotiating a winning deal for me! It was also our first and only offer made! But definitely won't be the last!

When we first got in touch with Maria, we had no idea if we were at a point where we could buy a house. From the start, she was positive, knowledgeable and very on top of making those goals come true for us. She helped us steer clear of a few houses that would have been way too much work in the end and also was very honest about anything that she saw a potential issue with instead of just letting us make a quick decision. We are so greatful for this as we finally came to our dream house. Fast forward to 14 offers later but still feeling confident with the amazing offer Maria put together that was still within our range and budget. And now, here we are in our beautiful new house so appreciative of the hard work Maria put in to make this happen. We will absolutely use her in the future and have already suggested her to our parents!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE selling our house with Maria Cerri! Do not hesitate to hire her as your realtor! Maria was beyond knowledgeable about everything. SUPER RESPONSIVE to our millions of questions throughout the process. Top notch on everyone she works with, the photographer for our home (we saved our photos as a keepsake of our old home because they were so beautiful!) She was present for everything and very involved! She loved our home as much as we did and got it appraised well above our asking price, which allowed us to sell for well over what we asked. Maria's expertise in her initial walkthrough of our home helped us get our house ready in the beginning to where we sold to a buyer "AS IS". She had all paperwork done ahead of time to expedite the process, which we so appreciated when it came to offers. We had 20 showings in 2 days with 9 offers all at least 20k over asking. Maria was incredibly professional in getting offers to us right away and guiding us through pros and cons of each. She knew what our wants and needs were as well as our timeline and kept a very clear line of communication to buyers agents to streamline the process for all! Would recommend to all friends and family! Maria is beyond professional on all fronts, and you can tell she not only takes pride in her work, but truly loves being a matchmaker for people and homes!
