Maria Cioffi-Krause brings an unparalleled combination of skills to the real estate industry. Having had a successful corporate career as a Human Resources executive for a variety of organizations and served as Director of Sales and Marketing for a major Wholesale Distributor here on Long Island, Maria realized that the Real Estate field was the perfect venue to utilize her marketing, business, negotiation, and creative resolution skills.

Maria holds a degree in business and is certified in Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining from Cornell University, School of Industrial Labor Relations. Through her years as a senior executive, she has refined the art of negotiation and is able to seamlessly ensure her sellers get top dollar for their homes and her buyers negotiate the best terms for their purchase. Maria resides on the North Shore of Long Island with her husband and son. Having lived in the area for over thirty years, she intimately understands the Long Island and greater New York market. Maria enjoys giving back to the community and is an active member and coach with the Manhasset Coalition of Breast Cancer. She is also involved in a knitting club which creates blankets, scarves, and other items for the homeless and single mothers in need.
