Maria Elena Perez is the founding member of MEP Realty Investments. Earning her bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from the Florida Atlantic University and acquiring her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license shortly after graduation, Ms. Perez began an exciting career in the Central Florida real estate market working with developers and acquiring high yielding properties for investors in both the institutional and private sector. She went on to obtain her Broker’s license and is committed to helping her clients build portfolios to reach their maximum earning potential.
