Maria is very Honest, Hardworking, and Dedicated REALTOR. She has a Strong devotion to GOD and her Family. A REALTOR® for over 18 yrs., she is very passionate about meeting the needs of her clients and educating them on the Importance of Credit and Home Ownership.
Maria has worked in every aspect of the Industry representing Buyers & Sellers, 1st Time Homebuyers, Residential New & Resales Homes, Relocation, HUD, Short Sales and Bank Owned Properties. In 2017 Maria became the Broker/Owner of Blessed Realty Group LLC.
Her focus on Leadership and Education has positively impacted her business and enabled her to provide a wealth of information to her customers and clients.
Maria enjoys volunteering in the community and currently serves on several committees and is a State Director on the Troup County Board of REALTORS® and serves on the Georgia Association of Realtors Diversity Committee and Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Task Force. She has earned the (GRI) Graduate REALTOR® Institute Designation, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designations and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)Certification. She was Troup County Board of Realtors REALTOR OF THE YEAR in 2015 and Good Neighbor Award Recipients for 2019 and is a LifeTime Professional Achievement and Circle of Excellence Recipient.
