After taking some time out of her professional life to raise her family, Maria resumed her passion for real estate with fervor. Since joining Lake Norman Realty in 2002, she has quickly become one of the company's Top Performers, accepting nothing less than excellence in service and acute attention to detail.
Maria collaborates with a team of professionals with varied experiences and specialties to enable her to meet all her clients' needs. In 2015, 2016 and 2017 she was the top sales associate for the Mooresville office, and she was presented with a "Platinum Level Sales" and "Diamond Level Sales" awards, a "Listing Achiever" award and a "15-Year Loyalty" award. She has also received the "Lake Norman Realty President's Award," "Service Provider of the Year," "Eagle Award," "Top Listing Team," "Top Closed Volume," and many other quarterly production awards. In addition to her previous real estate experience, Maria has also been an executive in banking. Her diversified experience and outstanding people skills have allowed her to excel at her passion; helping people relocate into and out of our Lake Norman area. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Maria has resided in the Lake Norman area for twenty plus years with her husband, Mark, and their three children. When time allows, Maria also enjoys boating and relaxing on beautiful Lake Norman, reading, bowling, fitness pursuits and gardening. Her professional memberships include Charlotte Regional Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, Carolina Multiple Listing Service, as well as the area's Chambers of Commerce. She is licensed in North Carolina.
