After a successful 25-year career in mortgage lending, Maria continued her passion for Real Estate by partnering with Tedi Spain in 2014. With the abundant knowledge and experience from the lending side of purchase transactions, it was a smooth transition.

Maria grew up in Corte Madera and moved to Cloverdale in 1988. Loving the small-town feel, she never left. She raised two children, a son who is a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps, and a daughter who still lives in Cloverdale. Enjoying Sonoma County's beautiful landscape is her greatest passion, through biking, hiking, golfing or boating.
