Maria was born and raised in the beautiful state of Ohio. She earned her bachelors in both marketing and supply chain management from Bowling Green State University. Go Falcons! Before becoming a Realtor®, Maria had a successful journey in supply chain where she developed her top notch negotiation skills. Maria’s love for creating and building strong relationships led her to the world of real estate. With Maria’s expertise and love for northeast Ohio, she works to make the homebuying process as smooth and stress-free as possible for each and every person she works with.
As an Investor herself, Maria is well-versed in the specific needs of investment real estate and income properties. After purchasing a full-rehab Duplex, she’s learned the ins and outs of potential home issues and loves helping educate her clients on specific possible issues and the wonderful upsides of investment real estate.
Outside of the real estate world, Maria is no stranger to investing in her community. Maria is a huge advocate for the local animal shelters, where she spends a lot of her free time. She also enjoys helping her fiancé with his landscape/hardscape business and working on home projects in their home.
