Maria Oblow

Growing up in Brooklyn, Maria was exposed to the real estate industry through her family who invested in various properties around Brooklyn and Jersey City. Her Family instilled a strong work ethic, an enthusiasm for “getting a deal done” and an appreciation for being resourceful. Maria used these competencies to start her own business in Park Slope which she ran for over six years and eventually sold. As a small business owner, she learned the importance of working under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing people – both employees and customers. These experiences, along with her integrity and loyal demeanor, have translated well to real estate, allowing her to be a fantastic resource for her clients and customers every step of the way, from the initial search for a property, to the negotiation, the closing and beyond.

Maria has lived in and served on several community boards in Bergen and Hudson county NJ. Her knowledge & insights of the communities enables her to offer valuable information to her clients. She has built a reputation for her sharp negotiations, uncompromising integrity, and cutting-edge marketing strategies. Her track record of sales has proven to be an asset to her buyers and sellers earning her a NJAR Circle of Excellence Award year after year (2015- 2023).
