Maria Procacci founded Vineyards-Naples Properties in 1993. VNP specializes in resales and rentals within the community of Vineyards and surrounding Naples area. Our offices are located on site at Vineyards. VNP's mission is to provide the highest degree of customer service. Vineyards-Naples Properties is a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). VNP sells more homes in the community of Vineyards than any other real estate company. Vineyards Properties, Inc. is involved in two out of three home sales transactions, which is more than nine times our closest competitor.
