We flew down from Annapolis for 3 full days of house hunting. Maria had a full schedule waiting for us. We made several offers, but were outbid. We were scheduled to return on Saturday afternoon, and called her Saturday morning, asking if we could see a few more homes on our way to the airport. She set us up with 2, and we loved one. Maria was Awesome we sold our home quickly with her fantastic advertising techniques. She only offers the best tools and services available. We also purchased a home with a builder and without Maria’s professionalism and knowledge we would have lost Thousands of dollars. Maria is very detailed oriented and carefully reviewed our contract finding multiple errors such as being given a cash contract instead of one showing a loan this was important because the details of a cash contract are completely different and would have impacted us as buyers. This was on 1 of many errors Maria found in the contract. We are so glad to have had Maria representing us and would never go into a purchase or sale agreement on property without Maria by our side.
