A graduate from St. Johns University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Maria first launched her career as a public accountant, a position held for over a decade before transitioning into real estate. Her Accounting background naturally developed her ability to handle large transactions in a diligent and mindful manner. In 2007, she founded The Windmill Realty Group, a full service real estate agency serving the Long Island market. She credits her success to repeat business as well as referrals from past clients and those who know her. As a successful real estate investor, renovator and business owner, Marias’ approach is honest and straightforward, establishing trust and mutual respect among all the participants in the transactions. A member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, Maria is an Associate Broker at Douglas Elliman.
