When we sold our house of 27 years, we had 3 months to buy / move into a new home. I still can't believe how lucky we were to engage Maria as our realtor for finding our new place. Not only is Maria a joy to work with, but I swear she has a magic touch when it comes to finding the perfect place. Never in a million years would I have looked at the home we purchased, were it not for Maria's strong suggestion that we take the time to look at it. When all was said and done, we toured about a dozen homes, but none were as perfect as the place we bought after following Maria's advice to consider it. Maria is very knowledgeable and organized when it came to the things we had to do, and I never felt pressured by her following up with me on our tasks, like:
- have you gotten pre-approved for a mortgage?
- has your bank confirmed the closing date?
- has your internet provider scheduled their installation?

Maria went above and beyond for us, time after time. I am eternally grateful to Maria.
