Marian Crosby

Beginning her career in 1987 with Coleman Land Company, which became Prudential Utah Real Estate, and now, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties, Marian personally participated as lead agent in land purchase; site design; planning and marketing of over 20 large mixed-use projects, including the initial facilitation of a 450-acre land donation for the development of the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic venues. Beginning with the 1987 Park City Board of Realtors® Rookie of the Year Award, Marian is the recipient of multiple Prudential Chairman Circle Awards and the prestigious Prudential Legend Circle Award.
