We are so lucky to have found Marian. We contacted her and needed help finding a place ASAP. When we explained our situation and what we were looking for, she immediately had something in mind. By the next day she was showing us a place and shortly after we were putting in an offer. She guided us every step of the way. She understood our situation and made sure that our offer was very clean and strong. No doubt, our offer was accepted because of her knowledge and experience.

Marian always made time to answer our questions from our first contact to closing, followed up with all parties involved to make sure the timeline didn’t slip and turned a difficult situation into a beneficial one.
