I never thought my husband and I would have ever been a statistic of COVID. But our Landlord had to sell his house and, needless-to-say, we were desperately looking for a house to buy. We worked with a couple realtors and were very unhappy with their lack of effort in helping us. I stuck my neck out and put a post on facebook: "looking for a reliable realtor". When MARIANNE BUCHANAN was referred to us, we got much more than a "reliable" realtor. She's aggressive and absolutely out of this world amazing!! She is available to us anytime we need her, not only 8 - 5 Monday thru Friday. She is prompt in answering phone calls, text messages and/or emails. MARIANNE BUCHANAN doesn't just "listen" to what you tell her, she genuinely "HEARS" what you say. Marianne GETS THE JOB DONE. Oh, did I mention the first time we met Marianne, she showed us a house and it was EXACTLY WHAT WE TOLD HER WE WANTED! I almost wish I could buy another house just so I could continue working with her. We don't have a realtor, we have a friend!! We were looking for a house and MARIANNE BUCHANAN found us our home!
