As an East Coast transplant with over 30 years of diverse real estate expertise in sales and new construction developments in both the residential and commercial markets, Marianne has earned her reputation in handling the marketing and sales of over $100 million in new construction subdivisions, and land development. She enjoys working with developers, builders, investors and end users from the beginning of the “dirt” of the land development process to the marketing and sales of completed projects. From consulting with many paraprofessionals on zoning to the concepts of what may be buildable, marketable and establishing competitive price points for the current and future markets, Marianne’s team is very detailed oriented and resourceful. This has allowed her to assist her clients in creating a vision in what the potential of a property could become from the ground up.

Marianne also works extensively with international investors, helping families relocate to the area and has obtained her MRP designation (Military Relocation Professional). Marianne also serves the coastal luxury home market.
