I have dealt with many realtors, and Maribel is the best! She helped me to rent my two apartments and by bringing over wonderful people. She also helped me with the paperwork that was required. She answers her phone and responds to questions immediately. She also hired a maid to help me with the cleanup and had her brother come over to help with minor repairs before the tenants move in. It's was long ride but well worth the wait. The process to buy a Short Sale is no joke. If you have the patience and the time I totally recommend it.
