As an integral part of the Kansas City real estate market, encouraging others to pursue their calling, to reach a goal, gives me the thrill of the job -- be it real estate, education, marketing. Helping others open doors by building on their strengths has been a part of the journey of my life work: currently with Platinum Realty, but also with Vance Publishing as managing editor and operations manager, with Marian Hope Academy as educator, as a private tutor, as a freelance writer and editor, as mom and homeschool teacher to my five blessings. No hesitations about stepping into new territory, although the uncertainties show up in, and slow up, the route, Maribeth appreciates a new challenge. Finding the "sweet spot" in the journey of life is a constant. As a REALTOR since 2015, she has been in the top percentile of individual agents, selling about 45-55 homes yearly as a solo agent. Her love of the job enhances how she works with her clients, both sellers, buyers and investors all over the metro Kansas City area. 2019 was a banner year for Samenus Real Estate, closing $10.8M in sales. 2020 got people moving as well, with her business closing 54 homes and closing almost $12.5M in sales. Sales over the years range from 25 to 50+ a year for me, with super marketing and transaction teams to strengthen service to you!
