Marie is an absolute class act, says she will represent your best interests and actually does. She went above and beyond so many times. We are moving cross country and had some very specific requirements based on health issues, i.e. not easy clients to find a house for. Marie did a great job in developing a strategy to buy our home. We went into the whole home buying experience as a first-time home buyer who was super excited to get into a home. Marie has made the process as stress-free as possible! Marie is fantastic to work with. Marie is forthright and gives you her honest opinion, good or bad.

Marie is very honest and open with our ideas and added her suggestions. She was very knowledgeable and realistic when helping me purchase the home. She is a very personable, easy to talk to, and trustworthy. I would text her random questions, and she would get answers back to me very quickly. She is also a great listener and made sure our questions were always answered. Highly recommend her! She also has excellent connections in the community and surrounding area to help make your home buying experience the best.

In addition to her amazing personal skills and dedication, she knows her business as well as others. It didn't take long to understand that Marie's genuine and knowledgeable advice. She knew the ins and outs of design and remodeling and was always honest about what would work and what wouldn't. She didn't mince words or attempt to hype anything beyond its limitations. Further, if a property wasn't worth the asking, she advised us about it immediately and, inevitably, saved us much money on a property we were initially interested in. To me, that's a true professional who'll pass up a sale if it's not in their client's best interest.

I can't recommend Marie highly enough. Her focus is genuinely on the people she's representing, and you can tell she genuinely cares. I can only imagine how she has the time or energy for such diligence. She has been our champion throughout the search, purchase, and beyond. Specifically, when my family noted how sad she was that Angie wouldn't be around to help after we purchased, Marie responded, "I won't just disappear after you buy the house." We met Marie 6 years ago looking for suggestions on what upgrades we should consider if we were going to sell. Over the years we had a few more walk throughs and she always made thoughtful suggestions based on her knowledge of the market and what would excite buyers. A simple, straightforward experience with a very positive outcome.

Selling a house will never be a stress free process, but if you have the right partner, that stress can be greatly reduced. We were delighted to have Marie DeCicco in our corner during the sale of our house in Belle Mead, NJ. She has the experience and knowledge of the local market to give the house the best chance to be noticed and appreciated. She also brought to the table intangibles that made the process run smoothly end to end. From advising us on how to set up the house before it went to market, to creating an amazing marketing campaign, to guiding us through the negotiation process, and ultimately making sure we cleared all the hurdles that came before the closing, she was right there with us the whole way. One thing we didn’t appreciate early in the process, but became critical towards the end, is Marie’s ability to put us in touch with local contractors that were able to quickly and professionally fix issues identified during the inspection.

At the end of the day results speak for themselves, and in this case the house was on the market for only 3 days before we received multiple offers, including the one we accepted. If you want to sell your house in this part of New Jersey, you cannot do better than working with Marie
