Marie Farrell

A veteran with over 30 years of experience in the industry, Marie Farrell embarked on her real estate career with a genuine passion for helping individuals buy or sell their homes.

Born in Panama, Marie initiated her real estate journey in Virginia Beach. Sixteen years ago, she and her husband, Steve, along with their beloved rescue dog, Lola, relocated to South Jacksonville Beach, where they currently reside.

In 2011, Marie established Farrell International Realty, a firm specializing in the beaches area, including Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and the Intracoastal West.

On an international scale, Marie is dedicated to assisting buyers from across the United States and Canada in retiring to or acquiring a second home in her native country, Panama.

Her favored aspect of living and working at the Beaches is the tranquil lifestyle complemented by pleasant weather and a friendly community.

For Marie, being able to witness a sunrise, swim, or leisurely walk along the beach and enjoy the vibrant community activities makes living and working in this coastal area an immensely enjoyable experience.
