Marie is an outstanding, extremely diligent, responsive, brilliant, kind realtor who worked tirelessly with us for 6 months to find us a perfect home in our desired school district in Maryland. In a historically challenging low-inventory market with very few listings that met our criteria, Marie was impressively creative and used her excellent network to get us in the door ahead of public announcements. It is very rare to find a realtor who is so intelligent, caring, and wise and who consistently, selflessly puts her client's interests above her own. Marie was consistently wonderful to work with. Marie did a terrific job helping us navigate a tough seller’s market while hunting for our first home. She took the time to understand our “must-have’s,” “nice-to-have’s” and absolute dealbreakers and remained even-keeled when introducing each house, so as not to project any potential biases while forming our own initial impressions. We are confident that based on timing and budget, as well as where we wanted to live and the type of home we wanted to live in, Marie helped us find the best house to start our newlywed journey.

Moreover, Marie demonstrated her wealth of knowledge and expertise even after we secured our new build home. From helping us wisely select options that would add value to our home to asking/helping us ask the right questions to the developer to ensure all avenues were explored, Marie was opportunistic and did a phenomenal job making sure we left nothing on the table. 100% recommend!

We were so lucky to have found Marie. She came to us through an estate sale professional we had found, and Marie ended up being the far better of the two. For one, she was so sensitive to the emotional component of selling my childhood home. She was also incredibly responsive, and she really came through in the clutch. As the house was unoccupied and we live in Virginia, we only found out the heat wasn't working the night before temperatures were to dip below freezing. Marie drove to the house at 9:30pm, put covers over the exterior spigots, turned off the main water valve and prevented a potential disaster. She also excels at the project management side of the equation- she quickly brought in a couple contractors to give quotes on fixing the heating, and then negotiated down the price for the work (in addition to landscapers, power washers, etc etc). She also found a buyer for the house very quickly, and though they were initially a fair bit below where I wanted to sell, Marie played hardball on my behalf and brought them up and up, even getting them to pony up the last $5k to meet me where I stood.

My only other experience selling a property was my parents' condo in Florida, and the experience with Marie was far better. Being new to the experience, it is so hard to know who to go with- there are so many options who all present themselves well. I know I asked around to my friends who had bought in the area, and nobody had stood out. Marie's broad experience, especially with estates, absolutely served us well. Thanks so much, Marie!
