Marie Wilson was amazing!! We had our hearts set on land and after several very bad experiences with a few potential properties we decided we had to buy a house in town and continue our search for land at a later date! She found us the cutest little house in town, in a great neighborhood! This is our 4th home purchase and by far one of the best realtors we've worked with. If you want someone to advocate for you, she's your lady! Can't wait to use her skills again when we find our land 💕

Over a period of months, Marie showed us many houses, allow us to formulate our own opinions, when asked, she gave us solid advice from her personal experience, always being careful not to try to sway our feelings. Marie is an honest Realtor, with a high integrity for her craft. She was constantly on top of any of the paperwork and insured that we stayed on top of it as well. Every last “thank you” I have will go to Marie Wilson at Fathom Realty for the amazing experience she supported us through when buying our home. I honestly went into the home buyer world with an anxiety and apprehension until I found Marie. She was there to answer our every questions and qualm our every worry with an answer and resolution. Again and again Marie went to bat for us when the situation required it but did so with grace. Thank you Marie, we may have been able to muddle through buying a home (eventually) but I wouldn’t ever want to.
