With over 30 years of Southern California luxury market experience, Marilu has consistently ranked in La Quinta’s “Top 10 Realtors”.

Her 30 years of experience with the high-end market started with Coldwell Banker specializing in premium properties in coastal Orange County. Next was with Beverly Hills American National running REO Asset Mgmt. and turn-arounds of troubled developments. She subsequently founded South Coast Financial Group in Orange County, CA. Beyond its residential resale activities, SCFG provided Real Estate Loss Mitigation & Asset Management for institutional clients such as Citibank, Beverly Hills S&L, Home Savings, etc. In addition, SCFG's Private Investors Division provided full real estate services and mortgage banking investments to high net-worth clients.

After selling SCFG, Marilu founded Premier Properties in the Coachella Valley in 1998 and returned to her favorite part of the business - helping residential sellers and buyers achieve their goals. The point in all of the above boasting is that high-end clients deserve a broker with high-end expertise – she is that broker.
