About Marilyn

After 31 years Marilyn has seen the difficulties of the real estate market. The highs in valuations and the lows from foreclosures and short sales. Through her experiences in the trenches selling properties and involvement in organized real estate, she has had the opportunity to keep up with the newest trends and changes happening in the industry.

Education in real estate is a high priority for Marilyn. Not only for herself, but in educating her clients through the buying or selling process. Marilyn’s entire team is dedicated, along with herself, to making sure their clients understand the market, the trends, and the processes in selling or buying a property.

Marilyn is a strong negotiator and will always make sure she can get the highest price for her sellers or get offers accepted for her buyers. Marilyn has design and staging experience, and she is also a professional real estate photographer.

Marilyn has lived in Contra Costa County for more than 50 years and knows the area well. Her business is currently expanding to the foothill communities of Calaveras County, Tuolumne County, and parts of the Central Valley. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Hawaii.

Involvement in organized real estate through the Contra Costa Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors has broadened Marilyn’s horizons in the real estate industry. She has worked on developing and implementing policies and has been an active member of many state and local committees including Professional Standards, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and Risk Management.

Marilyn brings her 29 years of vast experience and real estate knowledge to the table when she works with her clients.
