Marilyn, a former Bostonian, was drawn from New England through a company merger/acquisition in 1998. Her responsibilities as Director of Customer Service focused on problem solving, meeting deadlines and customer satisfaction - skills which are directly applicable to most real estate transactions.
As a planner and forward thinker, in 2001 it became obvious that this company was going to close so a backup plan was necessary. Consequently, Marilyn obtained her real estate license in 2001 and joined Leslie Wells Realty Inc. in 2004, located in Parrish, Florida.
She has ridden the wave of development in Manatee County with a focus in Parrish, Ellenton, Palmetto, and Bradenton. Although quite familiar with Sarasota County, Hillsborough County, and Pinellas County too. As there are few transactions that proceed without some unforeseen issue Marilyn has become adept at having good radar, a sharp focus on details and navigation to the goals of her customers.
Over the years, Marilyn’s desire to provide the best service and guidance to all of her customers has resulted in the development of a legacy of satisfied clients that continually refer her to others. As a Real Estate Professional, Marilyn’s greatest pleasure continues to be sharing the enjoyment of her clients achieving the American Dream of Homeownership!
Aside from real estate Marilyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, touring America on her 1992 Harley, leaf peeping in New England, boating and her garden. She is now 23 years a Floridian, happily married for 35 years, has three wonderful adult children and five sweet grandchildren, one precious great granddaughter, an adorable rescue dog and a fat cat.
