Marilyn Smoak with W Realty is one of the most patient and kind realtors I have ever had. She sold my parent’s home, two of my previous homes, and helped us purchase our dream home. Marilyn is someone you can always depend on. She was available to us at times that worked around our busy schedule to set up appointments, and she answered our questions and concerns via email or phone around the clock. She is extremely knowledgeable in the field and serves as a strong and ethical advocate for her buyers/sellers. She is fair and honest. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the greater midlands area. Marilyn is a joy to work with.
