After working with an agent who didn't really listen to our needs and wants when it came to a home purchase, we are SOOO glad that we reached out to Mario. His knowledge and experience made our home search effortless. Within 3 days of reaching out to him, he and I were already looking at properties that checked every box of what we wanted in a home. That was on a Monday, and Wednesday we were under contract. We ended up going with a new construction home, and it was also our first home purchase. I expected this process to be difficult and confusing, but Mario made the process incredibly easy. He always quickly answered any question that we had and help ease our nerves. I have been recommending him to anyone I know, and will continue to do so. He will definitely be my first choice when I buy another home.

Mario was amazing as our realtor. He was attentive to our needs and questions. The way he set up our home and the beautiful pictures he took made it so that our home was sold before it even hit the market.

Mario was fantastic for our remote house search. Since we lived out of state and couldn't travel to Hampton Roads, Mario responded promptly to our house queries, toured houses for us within 24 hours of our interest, and took excellent videos of each room. He also provided informed counsel for our offer, which came in $3,000 UNDER the appraised value. He helped connect us with lenders and military related benefits. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mario and how instrumental he was in helping us purchase our new home.
