My story is that of many immigrants who were lucky enough to move to America. Born and raised in Scotland, at the age of 29, my husband received a work offer here in America. We moved our family, ourselves and our 2 daughters, to this beautiful country. What ensued has been the greatest adventure I could imagine. Raising our daughters here, attaining our citizenship, and growing with the community in New Jersey has been nothing short of amazing.

The beauty of making America home, of having the opportunities at homeownership, lit a flame in me. I wanted to give back to the communities that gave me so much. So I decided to join real estate.

In 2005 I joined RE/MAX as a rookie realtor. I fell in love with finding homes for people. Their stories, like mine, were filled with determination and love. It was my clients and the smiles on their faces when they found a home they loved that led me to be rewarded rookie of the year. For the next 2 years I would go on to be the top producing agent in my office. But this wasn’t enough for me. I saw opportunities for my clients, and my community, to have a better experience from real estate.

Thus, in 2011, I partnered with my friend Kasia Nowakowska to open up our own office, RE/MAX White House in Rutherford. We wanted to have an office that served the surrounding communities, one based on truth, knowledge and charity. We made it our mission to volunteer, donate and provide for the communities that provided so much for us.

Through hard work and the trust of our clients, we were fortunate enough to consistently earn the top RE/MAX awards as well as the Circle of Excellence awards. Our office grew and we established a family of agents.

After a decade of ownership in our company, we saw an opportunity to serve our clients, our agents and our communities better. That opportunity came with United Real Estate. Today, I am proud to be a member of United. To be part of a company that is leading the way through innovative technology and a client focused model. After all, my mission is to see a smile on your face when I hand you the keys to your next adventure.
