4. I personally own, operate and self manage over 30 units, including residential rentals, salon suites and a mobile home community. I understand real estate from both the Realtor and investor side.
5. My experience goes well beyond traditional home sales. I have assisted clients with mobile homes, business sales, multifamily properties, commercial buildings, and leasing both residential and commercial properties.
