Marisa Barragan

Marisa is the owner and operator of Compass REO Inc., a minority, woman-owned business dedicated to the listing and sale of traditional real estate and the management and sale of REO properties. The company has over a decade of experience managing all facets of the REO industry and 25 years of general residential real estate experience. As supervising broker, Marisa Barragan oversees all departments and makes it a point to personally conduct initial inspections of all properties under our management. Marisa began her career in Real Estate in 1994 and has been active ever since with a 1000+ properties sold. 15 years ago, she began specializing in REO (foreclosures) which led to her becoming a managing broker and starting her own Real Estate brokerage in 2011. She has been recognized as one of the Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents in the country since 2012. Marisa strives to make the transaction as trouble-free as possible for her clients and she loves guiding people home.
