Marisa is the owner and operator of Compass REO Inc., a minority, woman-owned business dedicated to the listing and sale of traditional real estate and the management and sale of REO properties. The company has over a decade of experience managing all facets of the REO industry and 25 years of general residential real estate experience. As supervising broker, Marisa Barragan oversees all departments and makes it a point to personally conduct initial inspections of all properties under our management. Marisa began her career in Real Estate in 1994 and has been active ever since with a 1000+ properties sold. 15 years ago, she began specializing in REO (foreclosures) which led to her becoming a managing broker and starting her own Real Estate brokerage in 2011. She has been recognized as one of the Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents in the country since 2012.
