Marissa manages over the day to day operations at Tax Recourse, LLC. In addition, she leads the sales and marketing team at Tax Recourse, LLC. She has an experienced background in sales and marketing for over 10 plus years. She emphasizes and maintains each of her clients receive superior customer service and a customized approach to their target goals related to commercial tax appeal and protest. She believes that each protest filed is just as important as the next as it saves many commercial businesses on their bottom line. She graduated from the University of Houston with a double major in Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management. Marissa is a licensed Property Tax Consultant in the State of Texas, a licensed appraiser apprentice in the State of Texas, and a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a proud supporter of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo based in Texas.
