I would give Marissa and Bella 6 stars if possible. I'm in CA and with a rental home in TX I bought in 2007. I've been with Marissa since day one. She is always on top of things. I rarely talk to her (maybe once a year) and that's how I like it. I've had 8 other PMs in other states and have had major issues with all but one of them and that's Deca in MO. Bella is the best. I wish they managed my other properties.

We leased our house for the first time through Bella real estate. Marissa was helpful from the very beginning and took care of all the details that goes into the process like suggesting the good price to rent out, putting out ads, credit check, providing useful info to the renters. I highly recommend her services.
