Maritza is the best! No one will be more relentless then her in getting your home sold. Maritza helped me find a contractor to renovate (Karl Almonte was excellent). Maritza heavily marketed my Father's Co-op to get a full price offer. When the Management Agency was non-responsive, she kept the deal on track. The sale of my Father's Co-op will pay for his nursing home, so my Father and I will be forever grateful to Maritza for her assistance.
